° Ginger ( 1, peeled and sliced);
° A lemon (squeezed);
° Water (4 cups of).
How to make it:
Pour 4 cups of water into a pot, and add your ginger to it. Cook it until it reaches a boil and then continue cooking it for 10 more minutes. When you’re done leave it to cool down, and add your lemon juice and honey.
If you want fastest results drink 2-3 cups a day. Your first cup should be drunk the first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach, and the rest throughout your day.
